Dulce Luxe Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of cosmetic and beauty products, all sales are final.

For hygiene and safety reasons, lip liners, lashes, lip glosses, body oils, and other beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or store credit at Dulce Luxe’s discretion.
