At Dulcé Luxe, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our beauty products, we have the following return policy.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, all lip glosses, lip liners, lashes, and body products are final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review your request and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes.
